With over 25 years experience in the market, Veronica and Mike Bowden know exactly what it takes to create a solidly built conservatory of distinction that will last a lifetime.

Backed up by a highly specialised team of craftsmen and professionals the company uses only the finest materials such as Grade A mahogany from a farmed source which is both environmentally friendly and robust enough to withstand the vagaries of the British climate.

We offer a professional personal service and only take on projects where we know we will do a professional job that caters for the clients individual needs.

With extensive availability for queries and free advice for blinds and flooring from recommended suppliers coupled with our attention to detail, Rutland County provide a service that is second to none.

The process

A project manager is appointed to oversee the entire process which on average takes up to twelve weeks to complete (depending on the size of the project) from the first spade in the ground.

The initial visit is quickly followed by a design meeting and CAD specifications are drawn up, followed by agreements and planning permission if required.

Planning permission on average takes around eight weeks for approval and we ensure all preliminary work is done whilst this process is completed and under normal circumstances we are on site within eight weeks of an order placement.

Our experience has shown that on most occasions Building Regulations are not always needed but we always build to their specifications, giving you complete peace of mind.

Demonstrating our commitment and pride in our work, we are unique in our after sales service returning two to three years after completion to repaint the structure free of charge.

"Your service has been outstanding from our first meeting through to completion"
Mr & Mrs Clayson, Worsley, Manchester
